He had a vision to help me update the rest of an old home. Everything had to be done on both sides: Heating, electrical, new bathrooms, a brand new kitchen in an expanded space. Built a garage from the ground up…All done with a professional ease and efficiency and at a reasonable cost…which only comes from years of experience and many successful construction projects. You work with Paul to renovate our 100-year-old home it was an enormous project and Paul came to us highly recommended by a number of people in town hall is very service oriented he truly cares about his customers and the quality of his work he is highly responsive and a fantastic Communicator his team and all of his Subs are like-minded with Paul they give great service and care about doing a great job we are very happy with the quality of the work and people always comment on the workmanship we will no doubt hire Paul again in the future.

Coady renovated a cottage built in 1890! We were in FL and they sent us details, choices, and pictures during the whole process. They also returned if we had any later new issues. Bills were explicit and fair as expected. Totally satisfied with the entire project, we have and would always recommend Coady Construction to anyone.

We have worked with Coady LLC for nearly a decade beginning with a total gut renovation of a large family home. This renovation was complicated and required a high level of craftsmanship and finish quality. The work continued to an exterior pool house, garage/gym, and countless interior and exterior projects. The work is consistently excellent. Coady’s employees are talented, extremely hard working, personable and trustworthy. The approach to business is long-term and client focused. Given the labor market, it is notable how little turnover of key personnel there has been. The project management is well communicated and coordinated, and when subcontractors are involved, they are of equally high quality. The electricians, painter, plumbers and similar technicians all reflect the same high quality approach to business. I would recommend Coady with no hesitation and would happily serve as a future reference. I would not work with another GC after the positive experience over the last decade.
